Inter-bros are bros who only know each other through the internet. It's a guy who you know would be one of your best friends in person, but you only know each other through sites on the internet such as 4chan, or tumblr. It can also apply to bros who moved away so now they are only reachable online.
Friend 1: "Dude, steve breznek would totally be in our friend group if he lived here."
Friend 2: "I know man, he likes all the same things we do. He's totally our Inter-bro. "

Get the just brosmug. When considering job, salary, or equity related things, women should "go bro", meaning they should consider what the most over-confident, potentially qualified (but oftentimes not), bro would do or ask for and just do that.
Bradley: "Congrats on the new role! You gonna ask for more salary / equity?"
Allie: "To be fair, it's a lateral-ish move at the same level but without people management, so it makes sense that I'd make the same."
