1: Another word for a hockey stick used in a such a fashion as to poke a hockey puck.

2: A stick used to poke a pickle to more easily place a pickle in a jar without getting ones hands dirty.

3: A stick used to beat misbehaving and insolent pickles.

mouth on a stick

someone whose body is there only to support the massive structure that is there mouth. there existence is mainly for being a foghorn. someone who can be heard in even the most noisy environments, for example in an active workshop they can be heard over air tools and machinery. On some occasions the bearer of the mouth has a slim figure, helping to back up the analogy of the mouth being on a stick. HG
