This is a very nice and witty way to say f#%k off in the pacific northwest because there is a large Dicks burgers chain all around that everyone grew up with, so the meaning will not be lost on an adult and any nearby children will not be scarred.

After a male urinates, he doesn't wipe like a female would. Instead he holds onto his genitalia and "shakes" it, so as to dry off.

He had to (shake it off) so he could put it in his pants.

*glancing around stupidly at your friends, miming the shaking off* "(SHAKE IT OFF)".

What white/Asian people do when they feel uncomfortable.
It starts with a fake laugh, then they shrug their shoulders, shake their head and make a weird face. Sometimes their eyes franticly move around.
