Basically, what the word implies. Demons that you get from eating salt.

Leading to bad moods, bad vibez in general, irritability, insomnia, depression, manic episodes, uclers and addiction-like behaviour.

"Hey, do you want some of my salted chips" - Person 1, eating salt

"No thank you, I do not want the Salt demons" - Person 2 no salt having, drinking a beer

"Don't worry man it's just a little flavour enhancer that comes from the ocean or himalayers" Person 1, loudly munching

"The Salt demons are going to have their way again, you'll see" - Person 2, Beer chug

Later, Person one has an insomnia that lasts until he gets to sleep in the morning but feels like it was worth it.

Person two gets great sleep and is generally better shape.
