As there are Karen's...a "Screaming Dave" is a guy who appears to be flipping out in a panic induced freak out.

We got a real Screaming Dave over here, that guy is literally foaming at the mouth.

Screamo

Screamo is an anomaly in the sense that it has two different definitions depending on who is using it.

If used by people who listen to metal, it refers to a specific subgenre of emo with a more aggressive and dissonant sound.

If used by people who don't listen to metal, it refers to anything heavier than Metallica.

Friend 1: Hey what're you listening to?
Friend 2: Just hyping myself up with some Sepultura.
Friend 1: Don't they play that screamo shit you used to listen to?
Friend 2: No, that's Black Veil Brides.

When one surprises another with their gaped asshole (bent over) while screaming to draw attention to the act.

Fred: I just got out of the shower and Joe was waiting for me around the corner with a screaming asshole
Steve: Damn Fred, how deep in did you see?
Fred: It was a deep screaming asshole for sure

Scream & Toss

A game I made up with my friends lol. You bunch up in a circle and give the ball to one another. Every time it goes around you back up a step. The person who doesn’t catch the ball when it goes around get screamed at, and the game starts over :)

“Hey you guys! Wanna play Scream & Toss?”
“Sure make sure not to drop the ball!”
