The normal procedure practiced/required by a certain business, group, municipality/geographical area, etc. regarding people named Paul.

Instance companies would not be allowed by law to have special conditions/stipulations for clients based upon their name alone, but in the case of everyone's favorite giant-sized lumberjack, they might have to make an exception when deciding whether to grant HIM a Paulicy!

Patricks are the cutest, funniest people you’ll ever have the pleasure of knowing. They live as wholesome, homeschool catholic boys until age 15 or so when they start to go through their “69 phase”. Luckily their humor only goes up from there as they become one of the most dirty-minded people you know. Patricks are attractive in the sense that you are always pulled toward them and you want to be as close to them as humanly possible. They’re also hella attractive in the physical sense too. Every time you dance you want it to be with him and every time he sings you’re flooded with emotion. If there’s a Patrick in your life, love them as long and fiercely as you can.
