San Bernardino County is part of The Los Angeles Metropolitan Area but except desert cities like Victorville or Barstow. San Bernardino County has a fellow friend Riverside County. Yucaipa has a school district that is between two cities but different counties. But Riverside County accepts the district to have partnership to Calimesa.
