When two teens like each other they wheel it’s the stage before dating without commitment. You are aloud to wheel multiple people at a time or do stuff with other people without it being cheating.

The act of kissing in a passionate way; most appropriately associated with teenagers and young adults in Canada. While the broader populace regards wheeling to be a sort of courtship (not quite dating) or "situationship", the people of the Ottawa Valley tend to adhere more to this definition.
