Locked Out

This is a phrase used to describe somebody who is lost, inattentive, or just generally confused. Somebody who does not understand the task presented before them.

This is a reversal of the more common phrase "Locked In"

Roman: Yo can you, like, share the unit 2 precalc notes ?
Nate: What notes?
Roman: Like, the one literally due next period, before our quiz?
Nate: We have a quiz today?!
Roman: You're so locked out.

Lock-In

Drinking within a Pub after opening hours, the landlord allows a group to keep drinking after all other customers have left. They have locked all the doors, hence it being called a Lock In. When a Lock-In is permitted it usually results in a legendary sesh.

John the pub landlord allowed us to do a lock-in and keep seshing into the morning.

griddy lock

1. When you are late for class and trying to make it through a hallway, but there is a large flash mob blocking your way, and they’re all hitting the griddy.

2. When you have premarital sex and have conceived a child out of wedlock, you must hit a sustained griddy for the duration of the women’s labor. This will atone for your sins.

Definition 1
“Gosh diddly darn it, I’m trying to get to my geometry class, but the entire fricking student body has reduced the hallway to griddy lock.

Definition 2:
Priest “My son, you have committed a great sin with this pregnancy”
Sinner “what must I do to atone?”
Priest “you must commit the dankest griddy while your wife gives birth. This will make the child born in griddy lock, instead of wedlock, cleansing you”
