A total jerk- face, who is inconsiderate, entitled, and arrogant. Sometimes, but not always, completely aware of their actions, but simply doesn't care. Other times they are just oblivious and unknowingly narcissistic. Even more of a 'tool' than a tool. Most often a male, but a female can be a tool sometimes as well , though it is rare. (you will know these people when you see/hear them. They are easily described as a tool bench when that seems to be the only term, other than a swear, that comes to mind)
That guy is such a tool bench, He just pushed that little kid down in the sand and stole his volleyball to show off in front of some chick.

Yeah, dipshit, that's what I meant when I said you people are literally who the demons from Frieren are based on.
Hym "And you clearly haven't watched it yet because the basic philosophy of the show is that people for whom words are nothing more than tools need to be killed without remorse! Which is why I'm going to saw your head off! You and Stephen!"
