An emotion. To be incredibly happy to an extent that you could say you were "more than over the moon." Extabulant would most commonly be used to describe affection for someone. It would be used to show how happy they are with someone. It may also be used to show affection for inanimate objects or fictional characters.

Girls on social networking/dating sites that try to make some kind of misguided feminist statement by posting a suggestive/provocative status, taking screenshots of dirty/pervy messages they've received in response and posting them on their profiles in order to try and publicly shame the men that sent them.

Guy 1: "Hey look. This girl just posted a screenshot of a message you sent her saying you'd love to suck on her tits!"
Guy 2: "What the fuck, man!? I only sent her that because she posted a selfie of her in her bra with the caption 'What do you think of these, guys? ;)'. Now it just looks like I sent her that for no reason!"
Guy 1: "Damn, that sucks dude. What a fucking Entrapment Whore!"
