Successfully accomplishing something effortlessly with complete perfection, in a way that makes it seem you were born to do it; typically used as a way to describe girls shaking. Most likely derived from the Rihanna song "Work".

Situation 1: "Damn, she was really putting in that work at that party last night."

Situation 2: "He really fucking knows how to put in that work in bed. Had me screaming like a wild banshee."
