relationshill

(noun, portmanteau of "relationship" and "shill") Someone who claims to be a person's ex and tells everyone how great the relationship was - in order to help that person attract more potential romantic partners. Usually receives some form of compensation from the person whose romantic life they are helping.

Person 1: Jenny will NOT stop talking about how great of a boyfriend Greg used to be... it's getting old.

Person 2: Funny you should mention that... I asked Greg's friend about her and he said they never dated!

Person 1: Wow, do you think she's a relationshill?

Person 2: I'm not sure what that means.

Person 1: Me neither. Let's look it up on Urban Dictionary.
