To “throw” something means to disagree with it. So by saying “I throw that” means “I disagree with/don’t like/don’t accept that”.

And-I oop is a word to describe annoying vsco girls. The only way to make them shut up is by taking their hydroflasks and hitting them with it. Preferably to the head.

Example. "Sksksk I dropped my hydroflask and-I oop!" said the annoying vsco girl
