Usually they do not understand the code or know how to read it, but use a guess and check method to attempt to achieve their desired results. Older internet denizens might have called this type of person a 'script kiddie'. While there are many people who enjoy this as a hobby and professionally, it is often used for nefarious means and can be risky.

Get the Squashing the Vibesmug. It is a vibe that white women give off to generally men where they try to nag people or continue a particular trait that made their original husband leave. It isn't that the divorced white woman is trying to have a relationship it is rather a charecteristic that they developed and continue. Though since they don't have a man anymore they continue it in the workplace or elsewhere continually being a nusance.
