Someone who feels the need to get something before he or she actually needs to due to being impatient but will deny the fact.

Eg. Geoff is 15 and decides to get a tattoo when he should wait till he is 18, but due to being Rushy and selfish he decides against this and gets the tattoo.

Rusha is an extremely hot and stunning girl, who has a great personality and never gives up. She’s a great friend, best friend, girlfriend or wife. She’s just amazing. She’s the type of girl that would help you through anything and would sacrifice her self for you if you are special to her. Rusha is incredibly sweet, and has the ability to make any guy nervous by only being around them. Rusha is the type of girl that would walk into a room and would suddenly somehow have a heavenly light shining over her. Trust me, if you ever get to be with a Rusha, keep her and don’t let her go. She’s the best.

sugar rusher

a guy who's super sweet and hyped on you at first and then without warning his interest dies. It feels like a sugar rush but in reality, like a 'sugar rush', it was never real and all in his mind to begin with. (because scientifically consuming a high level of sugar does not increase hyperactivity in the brain.)

Jeremy used to text me everyday a few weeks ago when we met and now he hardly says anything to me, I think he's a sugar rusher.
