Food Netflix

A synonym for your refrigerator/other compartments for your food. Here the word 'Netflix' is used as a 'collection' of something, based on the similarities between when you're just browsing your Netflix without necessarily picking anything (because you were bored) versus when you're browsing your fridge as you're looking for something to eat or just for the sake of browsing at it (maybe to cool off).

Any food you are happy to look at but wouldn't ever choose to eat.

My mates dragged me out to a fast food joint, there was nothing on the menu but looky food.

Or you see tasty roasted vegatables but all I see is a plate full of looky food.

The same prepackaged food you have been living off of for the past 5 years or the omega poor meal you put together despite living in a two story house, owning yeezys/tims, only wearing "designer clothing", and blowing 2k of your moms credit card on vbucks last week like it was no big deal.

food genre

A food genre is just another word for cuisine. Kind of like the same idea as a book genre; just for food. It’s the more fun way to say cuisine. Some examples are Italian, Mexican, Chinese, etc.

Austin: “What food genre do you want to go eat?”
Bob: “Let’s go to Mexican Villa and get some Mexican food.”
Austin: “Okay, let’s go.”
