When someone doesn't bathe for long periods of time, resulting in extremely greasy hair, dirty and oily skin, severe acne, and a horrid smell surrounding the person.

Boy 1 "Dude, her hair looks like someone squeezed a few big macs on her head!"

Boy 2 "Yeah man! She smells really bad, too."

Boy 1 "Ew, look at that acne!"

Since it's inception on September 17, 2011, Sarastache Saturday has garnered "hit and miss" popularity, although compared to it's sister projects Tegan Tuesday and Ptosis Pthursday, it has done considerably well.
