A Mangawhai Bach owner or holiday tourist, often from Auckland, very wealthy and rude to the locals and people who work customer service in Mangawhai. Always drives 15km in our already painfully slow 30km zones and 30km slower then the limit on the way to Mangawhai. moans and argues about the most pointless shit and is an overall nuisance to the town.
