an insult, originating from the butcher shops of australia. usually said to the apprentice followed by a blank stare and "huh?", to which the butcher replies,"ya, couldnt be that stupid playin' with one!" also common on archery ranges.

Butcher: Mate, you must have two dicks!
apprentice:Huh?
Butcher: Ya couldn't be that stupid playin' with one!

The Female Variation of bros before hoes

It is a unwritten rule that your chicks (female friends) should always come before your dicks (male friends who you are/hoping to have a romantic relationship with).

Your Girls/Gals may use this expression to get you to stop being overly attached to your lover. As well as that they might say this when they think that your lover is taking control of your life etc. It also self-explanatory as many girls tend to use it to say that there gals come before any male lover.

Jenny: ''You do know why Jake broke up with Stacy right?''

May: 'No...''

Jenny: ''Because he loves you, that's why. He told me to tell you.''

May: ''That's Nasty.''

Jenny: ''Mhm. So, are you going to go out with him this Saturday?''

May: 'No. Chicks Before Dicks, Remember?''

Jenny ''Yeah, i can agree with you there.''
