Conglatulation is a misspeling of Congratulations used in some NES games.

Can be used as a satire.

Angry video game nerd: Conglatulation? This story is happy end? You feel strongth welling in your body? Return to start point, Challenge again? Is "Congratulations" to hard to spell?

Congratularium

When someone is bragging publicly about shit that ostensibly doesn't matter in the grand scheme of life on Earth.

I had lunch at my favorite Thai place downtown today. When I was leaving the owner said: "I never see you anymore."
I replied that I had taken a great new job closer to home. During this exchange, a homeless woman entered the establishment looking for something. Hope, maybe? Food?
She heard what I had just said and she looked me in the eye and she blurted out: "Congratularium!"

To conflate two or more similar sounding words to humorous effect.

My wife has a tendency to conflatulate.

She just asked me to pass her the Sand Hanitizer.

She keeps saying "Hey Alexandra!" and wonders why Alexa never responds.

I would be concerned, but she's done it all her life, so I know it's not dementia.
