A) an insult
B) to shoot a gun
but, it could also be used to mean:
1) the Christian or Catholic version of a jap. she/he has the attitude of a jap, but isn't jewish. most of their friends are japs, or other caps. it's stereotypical and prejudice, i know, but it's true, and some people fit the stereo type, so there's gotta be a word out there for them =/

A reference to Captain Sol, a character widely considered the most powerful Tank on the City of Heroes MMORPG. The character is famous for several incredible feats of in-game ability that have become legend among many players. The word is most often said as a statement of surprise or as a comparative explicative.
