"L" is twelveth letter in alphabet, "U" is twenty first, and "C" is third; 12+21+3. Runs an apparel line as a way to spread their message from hats, shirts to car decals. Most popular phrase (shirt) coined by this group is "Screw the Blue" or in other words, "fuck the police".
