This word is a combination of white and nigga. You would use this word or call someone this if it is a caucasian male that is delusional enough to think that the skin on his body is not white, but lightskin or darker. You can find a lot of these. To know you have spotted one when, they are white with, sagging pants, flat hat( says something like straight out of Compton), fake jordans or vans, hoodie, sunglasses, and trys to talk like a black person, also thinks that he can say nigga, he usually abuses it too. !!(Sometimes other times they could just act like a black guy and act like they from Toronto but be white ass hell)!!
