Shippan

Shippan, a neighborhood in Stamford, CT is home to many large estates and is often refered to the "East Coast Bel Air." Shippan has an odd number of teenagers and college students in it's polulation, which contribute to the young people of the neighborhood to come together through parties and the smoking of Marijuana. The young people of this area refer to themselves as "Shippanimals", stating that they can outdrink college seniors in thier freshman year. Shippanimals are familiar with: the DL "Smoke-a-Blunt" rd, the Fairway, the Gazebo, and the infamous "Third Level." Shippan is a slice of heaven located no more than 30 minutes away from NYC, and five minutes away fom Stamford Downtown. Shippan is known for it's fine estates and it's summers.

Shippan has had a round estimate of one party per every night, often going beyond that.

A pro shipper is a top-notch delivery person who has earned the respect of people in their workplace. They often receive higher pay than ordinary delivery people.

Person 1: "This golden egg looks really special. I'll take Person 2 off the job, because it should be handled by our pro shipper: Person 3!"

Going Skippy

The term "Going Skippy on someone", refers to the action of someone stabbing a boss, or a person of higher rank in the back.

The term refers to an incident involving David Spade, were his assistant name "Skippy Malloy", suddenly and unpredictably attacked the actor in his own home with a taser.

"Damn, I see John always mumbling and clenching his fists every time he talks to the boss, it's kind of disturbing..."

"Yeah, everyone in the office thinks John's gonna end up Going Skippy on his ass..."

Fandom uses this word as a verb to denote their interest in the possible (and perhaps more often impossible) romantic relationship between two characters in a piece of fiction belonging to any medium. It's really never used in a platonic way, but if it ever is, people tend to separately emphasize that they are using it platonically.

Usually written: Character/Character or CharacterxCharacter. Fanfiction without any shipping, or with little emphasis on ship is usually labeled genfic, which there is a depressing lack of.

Person 1: It is a little weird how much I am retroactively shipping DoogiexVinnie.
Person 2: Yeah. That's kinda damaged. And Vinnie's like a little weasel. He's got a weasel face.
Person 1: But did you notice how weirdly gay they are for each other???
