When a word/phrase/symbol/meme etc. is wrongly labeled by mass media, and then becomes that thing due to the attention i.e. Pepe becoming white nationalist symbol after media calling it such and then white nationalist picking it up as an actual symbol.
Bro! Don’t do the ok sign, that’s a white nationalist symbol!

A dance that can only be performed perfectly by one individual. It's often done as a source of entertainment in front of large groups of people who will proceed to mob around the awesomeness and chant the beat that is necessary for the dance to be performed. This chant goes "greg. greg pepe. greg gr greg gr greg pepe." And when spoken aloud the individual will magically appear flailing about in dance.
An alternative definition is; a potential fire hazard in high school halls.

Did I miss anything at 100 nights dinner?
Yeah, you missed the greg pepe dance, it was awesome.
Why's that guy's face all scarred up?
He was in a school building when the fire alarm went off, but he didn't get out fast enough because he was mesmerized by the greg pepe dance in his way.

Pepe was originally a cartoon drawn green frog, after forum sites such as 4Chan found the origins of this frog they started to use it for comical means. It then became a universally used meme that was and still is to this day, used in a wide variety of scenarios. "Pepe" does not have any meaning behind it and rather has any meaning you choose to give it. The reputation of Pepe is created strictly by where and how people use the Pepe. The author that originally created the cartoon has now abandoned the cartoon comic book series because of the "Pepe" character being used in offensive ways.

A player on Halo 2 that thinks he's amazing with the sniper rifle, but really just gets owned by players such as Weedy McWeed and MM Takedown.
Dirty Pepe: Guys let me get the sniper, you will benefit from it.
Us: Ok fine lets see the killing
Dirty Pepe (5 seconds later): Guys I died, they have my sniper rifle now.
