"Pulled a Valerie Dominguez" refers to the act of signing documents without reviewing them. Valerie Dominguez is a Colombian celebrity and Miss Colombia 2005-2006. She confessed to be involved in a corruption scandal in which she applied to a government-funded subsidy program without having the proper legal qualifications to do so. She claimed as a defense strategy having signed all the applicable documents without reading them before.

Example: "I just pulled a Valerie Dominguez with my cable tv contract. I hope I don't get fucked in the future".
