A person either Male/Female/Non-Binary that has become so morbidly obese that they have taken on characteristics of both sexes. Rather a male with amount of fat deposit in breast/bust area, hips, thigh, and buttock. For the female an expanded waistline and stomach area. Creating a box-shape of fat and cellulite. Also the female will carry a front pooch area, otherwise known as a BIF or Butt in Front.
