Used to indicate laughter, and in modern times, often the laughter of evil villains, it's also the old lady noise I woke myself up with today - maybe exhaling to try and bring in more breath.

Get the Hehmug. Heh is like a tic, its something you say after a sentence like Hi heh or how are you heh its pronounced like he-uh but super fast so heh. it doesn’t mean anything its just like an extra breath put after what your saying.
