When a white person (Most the time male) wants to act like "a no good wannabe ghetto "nigger", could also mean a white person adpating to the wannabe gangster mindset/personality/fashion. You can usally spot these people at hoods, schools (Mainly High Schools), malls, ghetto places, suburban neighborhoods (White), and etc. Some people consider this term "Offensive Slang". Also can be wigga, whigger and whigga (eg; nigga, negro, etc).
