Windy City Steamer

Another variation of the Cincinnati bowtie, where the giver flatulates in the victim's face. Only this time, the flatulation becomes a shart, and the victim receives a heap of hot brown lumps right there on the neck. If the lumps come in a ferocious spray to the face, the steamer becomes the Windy City Carl (no seran wrap).

nebraska city

A town that dwells in the southeast corner in the state of Nebraska. It is usually known for Arbor Day. When coming across this town, you might experience jacked-up trucks with Tapout shirt wearing drivers hootin/hollerin Hinder, Nickelback, & Buckcherry & anything else mainstream of that nature. These Tapout shirt-wearing rednecks typically know nothing about mma & sport "cliche" tribal tattoos & backwards hats. The female population there is typically the same.

Matt: Hey bro, wanna go drink beer on the river outside of Nebraska City?

Dylan: Yeah, lemme go get my Tapout shirt & Nickelback cd first though.
