Blizzard's multiplayer gaming hosting service well known for it's horrible interface, and terrible reliability. It is frequented by thousands upon thousands of people with 56k in remote corners of the earth.

i tried to host a game on battle.net but it took a long time, and when it finally worked, a bunch of people joined who didn't speak english and didn't have the map.
