The name "Lenny Boo" is an old 1960's name used to identify a dirty hooker of the New York City streets. This term was used for specified prostitutes who refused to bathe normally, and yet still put themselves out on the streets for prostitution.
I'm horny as hell man. Let's go pick up a hooker. Just avoid those Lenny Boos. I would rather have clean sex.
