The act of looking at something changes it – an effect that holds true for people, animals, atoms, and even the particles that are, electrons and photons.
Kevin Usilton states, “The observer effect, however, is twofold. Observing changes what occurs, but observing also changes our perceptions of what occurs. Therefore, not observing something allows for infinite possibilities at the very same exact moment in time and space. Yet, as soon as we look at something, the infinite collapses into one exact thing -or- outcome. This is true for past, present and future once it is observed.”

What happens when someone throws a bagel at a random guy, causing the other person to become that person's arch nemesis. A good example of this is when Miles Morales thew a Bagel at Johnathan Oone, causing Johnathan to develop an intense hatred towards Miles, after that (and a collider incident) Johnathan became The Spot, who claims to be Miles's nemesis.
Guy 1: I'm gonna throw this bagel at someone!
Guy 2: No! You'll cause The Bagel Effect!
Guy 1: *Throws bagel at Guy 3*
(A year later)
Guy 1: *Minding his business*
Guy 3: Remember me? I am your worst enemy.
Guy 1: WHAT THE?! WHO THE HELL ARE YOU?
Guy 2: No! You'll cause The Bagel Effect!

When you have a technical problem you can't fix, but when you try to demonstrate it to an expert, it magically goes away, leaving you looking dumb.
"My PC was bluescreening all day, whenever I moved my mouse, but when I tried to show the IT guy what was happening, it worked fine and it hasn't happened again. Total Guru Effect."

When you reject, think about rejecting, or dump someone, you start developing little feelings for that person.

The Perry Effect states that someone or something is completely inconspicuous or unrecognizable unless they possess a characteristic item.
The Perry Effect derives from the character Perry the Platypus from the American TV show, "Phineas and Ferb", based on how the villain, Dr. Doofenshmirtz, cannot recognize Perry the Platypus unless he is wearing his signature hat.

Some guy: *sitting on a bench, listening to music*
Onlooker 1: Oh, look, it's just a guy hanging out
Some guy: *takes out a skateboard and skates away*
Onlooker 1: TONY HAWK THE PRO SKATER!?
Onlooker 2: The Perry Effect strikes again.
