single malt

A whisky which is distilled at a single distillery, and which is made completely from a single type of malted grain (usually barley).

This is generally considered the best type of whisky. The most popular varieties are from Scotland although there are a few from Japan.

Some are bottled at cask strength, but most of them are watered down before bottling. The age of the whisky is the whole number of years that have passed between distillation and bottling (during which it was kept in the cask).

On Burns night we'll wash down our haggis with a nice drop of single malt.

Typically the reach arounder is behind the reach aroundee on thier knees, and from below reaches up between the legs in a motion not dissimilar to a bowling follow though. The reach arounder then tenderly grasps the reach aroundee's ball sack and gives a gentle squeeze. A squeeze akin to one that you would use while choosing peaches at a market in Singapore.

The TSA agent practically gave me a singapore reach around when he searched me.

pitti-sing

Pitti-Sing is a character in the Gilbert and Sullivan operetta, The Mikado. She is the sister of Yum-Yum and Peep-Bo, and the ward of Ko-Ko. She, Ko-Ko and Pooh-Bah are falsely blamed for the execution of Nanki-Poo, and the trio is condemned to death. However, they are able to prove their innocence at the last possible moment, and Katisha arranges for them to be pardoned.

The role of Pitti-Sing is usually sung by a mezzo-soprano, but an alto could also play the role. She doesn't have any proper solos, but she sings a stanza by herself in "The Criminal Cried," and leads the chorus in "Braid the Raven Hair" and "For He's Going to Marry Yum-Yum."

Pitti-Sing may not be a major role in The Mikado, but she is still vital to the plot.
