Selfe

To raise one's leg up on an object whilst applying weight on that leg while keeping your back straight with one hand either on your hip or on your mustache (Which expands to your neck on both sides of your face in a simple thin line) in a disturbing manner.

This position was named after the great Mark Selfe who first appeared in this motion as a football exercise to stretch the legs

Rhys: "Hey, look at that kid"
