-emotionally unstable or overall chaotic.

Similar to "like a box-of-chocolates" - nature of life.

2. irrelevant answer to a general open question.

-you do have an oppinion on her. You said she's Alphabet Soup.

-yeah, you can't tell what she feels for you today, or maybe she wakes up tomorrow and likes you.

2. - You can for exemple ask her "how are you today?" And all he/she'll tell you, is : "Y". That is also Alphabet Soup. It doesn't make any sense talking to them.

A human being, more technically a high level competitive athlete or military veteran, that has suffered multiple brain injuries from repeated blows to the head, affected with or exhibiting TES (traumatic encephalopathy syndrome; diagnosis in a living person) Vs CTE (chronic traumatic encephalopathy; postmortem diagnosis.) Quite literally the action of one’s brain dying prematurely as a result of his taking so many blows to the head.

Johnny has brain soup, he has come to this restaurant five days a week for the past decade, yet he asks me where the restroom is every single time he comes here.

Barley Soup Abortion: Is a description used when a human is on a colon flushing program, and he produces a barley soup texture/colour/look of a shit. The ABORTION part of the saying applies to the feel one experience while passing this plutonic substance. This shit usually literally explodes out of your anus, and feels like you gave birth to a fetus. You suddenly feel 10lbs lighter, but disgusted by the mess you see when you part your legs and look into the bowl. Usually experienced on day 3 of a colon cleansing program.

On day 3 of Foxy Roxy’s colon cleansing program, Foxy Roxy produce a 7 person serving of Barley Soup Abortion.
