A time to be ready that is considered too early in the morning. Usually, it is a time between 02:00 and 05:00 a.m.

Example One:
Director: Tomorrow's schedule begins at 05:00 a.m., so be ready by 04:30 a.m.
Employee (under his breath): Oh crap! Another Zero-Dark-Buffalo-Hour timing!

Example Two:
Employee One: What time do we have to be ready?
Employee Two: Zero-Dark-Buffalo-Hour
Employee One: Shit! I wanted to sleep in!

Buff State

Not only the failure of all colleges but the whore house our America. This college will accept anyone that walks off the street. To make it even better they have a joke of an athletic program where anyone could walk on and be a star. Couple this with bull shit majors and ghetto ass dorms and you have the future fuck ups of America (probably living in trailers). Buff state students think there smart but in reality they cant even form a sentence.

I was talking to this girl who I thought was really cute until I found out she went to "Buff State" and knew by that point the conversation was already too complicated.

The ferocious water buffalo was hungry for man meat so she took to the past out freshmen on the couch. The freshmen stood strong and played dead. This didn't stop the beast, she continued on for bigger pray, the stud senior, whom was still a functional drunk. She wasn't taking no for an answer this time and had her way with him. The next morning the stud senior had been water buffalo-ed.
