If someone brags to you about an accomplishment that's less than mediocre and even less personally significant, you can tell them it's like owning more radios than Anastasia (from the Imperial Russia days). Back then, there were no radio broadcasts, so owning more radios than Anastasia is an average accomplishment (especially since you can get a crummy 'FM Auto Scan Radio' for a dollar, but at that point you'd have more radios than Anastasia.)

Person A: Guess what! Today I learned how to tie my shoes and I'm only 27! Ain't that great!?

Person B: Oh wow! What will happen next! Mabye one day you'll own more radios than Anastasia.
