Eggs Venni

Also known as Eggs Venedict, Eggs Venni is a legendary Venetian breakfast dish that refers to a variation of Egg Benedict that must include poached eggs and hollandaise sauce. As Venetians traditionally consume sweet pastries with their morning espressos, Eggs Benedict is almost impossible to find in Venice. Eggs Venni has become something of a legend, because it is almost impossible to find.
