200 water street

Located in the financial district, 200 Water Street was an NYU dorm until 2009. Afterwards, it was renovated into a luxury apartment building for privileged students and young urban professionals. Everyone hates these type of people, including the very people who live here. The 3rd floor has an annoying dog everyone hates. There are more food, drugs, and alcohol delivery men than actual tenants. The elevator commonly smells of cannabis-like odors, and also sweaty drunkards. The rooftop consists of mainly non-tentants as well. Dope place. ja

Let's hit up 200 Water Street and roll an l, listen to big l, and nader that shit. We can also go to the pool lounge naked, even though we are not tenants. ja

Big-box store

A Big-Box Store is a large, free standing rectangular single floor store built on a concrete slab. They are incredibly wasteful and ugly to look at having no aesthetic value what so ever. Typically have very large parking lots with no trees.

Also sometimes called a superstore, megastore, or supercenter.

Walmart is a good example of a big-box store.
