screamo

a way of pushing music to its limits, farther than any have before. Trying to play louder and more complicated guitar, use the drums for more than just keeping rythem and letting them be an intergral part of the song, and singing with such emotion that the only way to express it is to reach within yourself and scream out what your feeling. Those who only hear it as noise are the ones who dont apreaciate what the band is trying to achieve and are listening without really hearing or understanding. The only way to produce true, good screamo is to have a lead singer with a peircing and good voice, a drummer with legit talent, good guitarists and bassists, possibly a keyboardist and one to two screamers. The screamers normally play either drum (a skylit drive), guitar, or possibly bass. Normally all members of the band have straight longish hair in the classic emo style.

Devil wears prada, dance gavin dance, ASD, eat me while im hot, and the earlier emorosa are all good examples of screamo or new age screamo while metalica and slipnot are more classic heavy metal. other names for screamo are death metal and grindcore

Mic Screamers

People(usualy kids) who forget to take off their mic before they start yelling at people at their house, like telling their mom to make them a sandwitch or telling their friends to shut up and there are many other things they yell. Sometimes they might even have a large arguement with one or more of their parents. Everybody who plays XBOX 360 or PS3 (not Wii cause for the main reason, it sucks) will know what I am talking about because it happens at least once in their gaming career.

MS-MOM! Make me a sandwitch! What! I don't know ham and cheese!

a screamer is a girl (typically black) that one will encounter screaming their freaking heads off at a fair/ an amusement park on rollercoasters. are often found in areas such as Six Flags, and make up about 80% of the park.

Screamo

A genre of music, loud and exciting, followed by scene and indie kids who have nothing better to do. and, unusually, is often paired with hot beverages. Teamo, is the word coined.

A musical style with the same emotional value in the lyrics as "emo" but has screaming involved in the music along with/instead of singing. Many "harcore" people like to dis screamo, saying that it is too weak, but every genre of music is different, which needs to be realized.
