Typically, an abandoned house that is frequently used by heroin and other hard drug addicts (often homeless) as a shelter to buy, sell, and use heroin, in addition to other nefarious activities.
It seems like the police raid the local heroin house every other week. I wish the city would just demolish it already.

It is used as a place to hold parties since many fraternities are supposed to be dry (alcohol-free). It is different from a fraternity house in that it doesn't have a dance floor, a large living room, is not old and made of brick/stone, and it has way less bedrooms.
