Basketweaving is creating a long narrative of lies stringing people along with it. Basketweaving can take the form of simply making up a new term or convincing someone you can do/did something you didn't. Differently from simply just lying or gasligting, basketweaving is usually over the course of months, creating a "basket" of lies.

Person 1: "My boyfriend says he works at a restaurant, but always refuses to ever take me there and is oddly dismissive about anything related to his job."

Person 2: "Sorry, but I think he might be basketweaving."

Basket ticket

A parlay wager that falls one game short of a perfect ticket. Usually denies the bettor(s) massive winnings - and in the most excruciating circumstances possible. Ticket is stored in a basket for eternity as a nauseating reminder of what could've been.

I would've won $50K if the Rams didn't muff that field goal. Mother of all basket tickets.

Basket FNF

Basket (26 yr), the main character in the upcoming mod; FNF - gone wild. He's the happy-go-lucky abomination of nature, who can make a friend wherever he goes. Currently, he is married to Hex (of his dimension) and has 6 children, all are robots because he's asexual (also it's impossible to have a baby with a robot..)
