A social media site where people can go to express their opinions and share their thoughts. Twitter is not intended to be used as a gate way to singling people out or exposing them. It is also a site where the user should feel safe enough to share whatever they'd like without being targeted in a negative manner.

It is a categorization of social media site best applied to any social media site that largely resembles the user interface of the site X (formerly known as twitter). By this, the social media site must also be restrictive in its posting parameters to the degree or near enough to the degree that X (formerly known as twitter) used to have before its current rebranding and restructuring by the current owner.
