Oh, and let's not forget the Hammer Down, boot-stompin' rednecks who sit back and enjoy the show with buckets of over-buttered popcorn, who say "shwain countay shun" like it's their religion. We have alumni who have become doctors, lawyers, nurses, teachers(both school based & traveling), military personnel & state officials. Many young men & woman leave SCHS prepares to tackle the world in either to further their education or start a skill. We have firefighters, mechanics, EMTs, Police Officers & church ministers whoM have come out of SCHS. Education is on par with many other county schools in our area and great extra curriculum activities. Unfortunately, we do have a few under achievers who are from our school, only to spew their ignorance around the local area without actual knowing a thing about the alumni whom have actual graduated from Shelby County, probably due to their own addictions & self-pity.

The one school in Passaic County in New Jersey where all the smart brown kids congregate and has sprinkles of white kids that think they can be brown too. They get 90% of the town's taxes to pay for their ever-growing STEM system and get more money for their sports teams than the town's public school's "healthy" lunches. All the freshman get older and the seniors look like they came straight from Paterson. Students and teachers think they're better than the other two high schools in the town, but get their drugs and booze from one of them and calls the other school pussies. The only thing they do successful in their school is getting good scores on standardized tests and everything else is either mediocre or failing.
Going to Passaic County Technical Institute is like if the kids at Wayne Hills High School were all from Paterson but richer.
