A persons lame way of getting out of texting you back, let's face it, no one Is ever that busy , they aren't really that busy, so just take the hint and don't bother them anymore.
These people will probably only talk to you when it suits them or if they are bored and have nothing better to do or if they want something from you.
For example, Leaves you on blue ticks and on opened and doesn't reply. Their phone is never out of their hand but are 'too busy' to txt you back then says they are busy, until they want something. They aren't busy . They are not interested in you or your friendship.
They are not worth your time.
