Fandomite

a fandomite is a person or being who has grown to an unhealthy obsession for a piece of media, as a result of negligent, extensive exposure to fandom communities that support and normalize fandomite tendency. Fandomites oftentimes develop typing quirks, ship characters unnecessarily or in problematic ways, decorate their Discord profile to such an unnecessary degree, develop a generic 'silly' personality, begin using tonetags, and overall become what a would be 'cringeworthy' person.
