The Men are considered the leaders in this film. I believe in their view women are needed to breed and remake a new world.I think this is interesting to watch play out because the women show their capabilities and ideas of what they think should be done. We see them take on roles and the power comes across on screen. Especially Furiosa and how she is able to empower the other women and men to work together. I believe this is her purpose, to overthrow the current system. The war boys misogyny is most clearly shown in my opinion, when they find out the baby is a boy. They are not just excited that it was a boy, they consider it better to have a boy, than a girl. This is ironic because they were expressing the importance of women to he
