A member of a hate group, sometimes called "gang-stalkers" that uses computer hacking, audio/video surveillance and other means of electronic harassment to torment someone usually for a long period with the goal of inducing mental disorder-like symptoms even suicide.
Poons targeted me in Tukwila at Canyon Estates Condos then stalked me to Ballard, 11th and 62nd and onto Kirkland 145th and Juanita-Woodinville.
